Dan is a freelance session drummer/percussionist/tutor in London. His notable works include, recording sessions at Abbey Road Studios and Red Gables Studios and he has worked with people such as: Alan Aykebourn, Sian Reeves, David Gilmore, Steve Edis.
Originally working as a drummer in Kendal, Cumbria, Dan has been studying drums and percussion for the last 20 years, covering many styles and varieties of percussion. Also an orchestral percussionist, he regularly plays in pit orchestras for various theatre companies
After graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Music Degree where he received the Michael Somerton Prize for Jazz Performance he has gone on to work with all sorts of bands and Orchestras covering many different styles.
